The QD desktop metal and hard material marking machine is a dot peen matrix engraver. It is widely applicable for industrial plate marking, but also to dot-carve labeling or tagging on any hard surface. QD Carbide Engraver is ideal for labeling of various materials with thickness up to 3 mm.

The computer-controlled carbide marking needle carries out high-impact through compressed air. It leaves a permanent, in-depth mark on the object, which cannot be achieved with the alternative uv printing, for example.
The machine has 4-driving tracks operation for enhanced marking stability and improved dot accuracy.
Мarking includes alphanumeric strings (date, VIN code, serial number), logos or 20-barcode information. The print on the metal or hard plastic material meets any part identification needs.
