Isonik ST-E33 of Isocarbo is a water-based digital sublimation ink dedicated to direct printing process and transfer printing
as well. Namely, the product is suits all printers equipped with Epson piezoelectric heads. Main features – ST-E33 direct and transfer printing ink
First of all, Isonik ST-E33 has brilliant and vivid colors that allow to obtain a highly wide and deep color gamut.
Further, its formulation gives very good drying properties both on fabrics and through transfer printing on paper.
As it can easily pass through the fiber, it is the best direct printing choice to print on two-sided fabrics. But by transfer too.
In addition, Isonik ST-E33 grants the best color release at standard conditions (200/210°C–35/45 sec).
Important to mention, the ink has an excellent jetability and very good dryingp roperties. So, it is suitable for high-speed, long-run production, without constant cleaning interruptions.
Applications of the dual ink
As a rule, Isonik ST-E33 works on 100% polyester fabrics or in blends with different fibers. Such as lycra, viscose,
cotton, acrylic. Basically, the minimum required polyester content is 70%. Of course, it also works on substrates like aluminium, wood, ceramic, glass,etc. The latest are usually unsuitable for the sublimation process. After good pre-treatment with polyester/ polyamide resins, they become printable though.
Based on its specific direct printing features, Isonik ST-E33 is a formula for banners and flags.
